Proof, told as stories.

The 100 Million Question

Building a combined audience of 100M+ across social platforms — and the harder problem: keeping it.

The opportunity
Attention on social platforms is rented, not owned. Most operators chase spikes; almost nobody builds the systems that make attention repeatable.
What I built
A network of social properties grown to a combined following of more than 100 million — with content systems, cross-network amplification, and an editorial cadence designed to survive every algorithm change it has met.
The impact
Distribution at a scale that lets the portfolio launch new brands, drive tens of millions of monthly visits to partners, and negotiate from strength. Per-platform breakdown — on request

A Network That Pays

Inside Viral Again: 2,400+ publishers on one platform for earnings, attribution, and payouts.

The problem
Publisher networks live or die on trust — and trust dies the first time a payment is wrong. Most networks run on spreadsheets and promises.
What I built
A platform that treats publisher money like an engineering discipline: exact-match attribution, an append-only payment ledger, and maker-checker payout approval. Every balance reconciles from first principles; every sensitive action is audited.
The impact
More than 2,400 publishers and creators operating in the network, paid on a system where the ledger — not a person’s memory — is the source of truth.

House of Niches

How Doggo, Birbs, Catish & Defused are each built to own a category — and compound one another.

The thesis
General audiences are expensive to rent; devoted niches are cheap to serve and impossible to dislodge. The pet-and-delight verticals reward obsession.
What I built
A studio of vertical media brands, each with its own voice, design system, and audience thesis — reference-grade dog media, the everything-birds brand, curated cat culture, refined viral storytelling. Shared infrastructure underneath; distinct identity on the surface.
The impact
Every launch gets cheaper: distribution from the network, playbooks from the last brand, and a portfolio where each property strengthens the rest.

Partners at Scale

Campaign and growth work with Fortune 500 brands, public figures, and publishers.

The work
Putting owned distribution to work for others: audience-growth partnerships, content amplification, and traffic programs for entertainment and news properties.
What I led
Partnership work with Fortune 500 brands, celebrities and talent teams, and news, media & publishing companies — including programs delivering tens of millions of monthly visits to partner sites.
The impact
Long-running relationships rather than one-off campaigns. Named references — on request

From Feed to Foundation

What building audiences teaches you about building towers — the thesis behind Volume Developers.

The thesis
Media compounds fast and decays fast; buildings compound slowly and hold. A portfolio needs both clocks running.
What I’m building
Volume Developers, a commercial high-rise development company, alongside direct investment in commercial building projects — converting attention capital into assets with fifty-year horizons.
The impact
A balance sheet that doesn’t depend on any algorithm. Project portfolio — reserved
